This is an invite-only event for current LEGO® Education Resellers and FIRST® LEGO® League partners. Participation is conditional on meeting all contractual requirements before the end of the contractual period.

For compliance and confidentiality reasons, only named guests invited by LEGO Education can attend the Global Partner Conference, including the experiences and dinners.

All attendees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) so we can provide a secure and productive environment at the conference, and to protect the confidentiality of the discussions, presentations and materials shared.

You will receive an email from DocuSign with the NDA attached for you to review and sign electronically. Please do this by Friday 26th September 2025.

The conference will take place at LEGO® Campus, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark.

Billund Airport is the closest to LEGO Campus, taking only 10 minutes by taxi (available at the taxi rank outside the terminal).

Tuesday 30th September 2025
Day one of the conference followed by dinner, for all partners.

Wednesday 1st October 2025
Day two of the conference, for all partners. Dinner for FIRST® LEGO® League partners only.

Thursday 2nd October 2025
Additional half day (morning only), for FIRST LEGO League partners only

These costs will not be covered by LEGO® Education. Please book your own travel and accommodation.

As Billund is a small town, it's best to book your accommodation sooner rather than later! We are pleased to recommend three local hotels within walking distance of LEGO® Campus.

If you require an invitation letter to travel, please email darren.allford@lego.com who can arrange this for you.

The dress code is business casual. You may wish to wear comfortable shoes as we will move around LEGO® Campus during the day, and of course an umbrella is always recommended for Billund!

We will be hosting an optional, informal drinks reception on Monday 29th September 2025 at LEGO® Campus, for a chance to meet each other before the conference begins the next day.

Following our first full day together on Tuesday 30th September 2025, we will be hosting a fun and relaxed dinner.

At the end of Wednesday 1st October 2025 we will have a casual dinner for FIRST® LEGO® League partners only.

Please arrange your own dinner plans for the other evenings that you will be staying in Billund.
