How can I find the product I am looking for?
You can find a product by using the Search box on our website. It is located in the upper-right corner of the screen. You can search by name or by the four- to seven-digit item number of the product if you know it. Type a word, phrase, or number into the Search box and then click Search or press Enter. Those products that fit your search criteria will appear on the screen. Click the image of the product you are interested in to see a full description.

Can I buy LEGO Education products in stores? 
No. You can only purchase our products on our website and through our approved distributors.

I left the site, and when I came back I was logged out and my cart was empty. What happened?
If while shopping or browsing the site, you are inactive for 30 minutes (meaning you haven’t clicked a button, followed a link, or submitted a search), your session will expire. This happens for security reasons and means that your basket contents will be removed and you will be required to log on again. Avoid 30-minute periods of inactivity on the site to prevent this problem.

Can I use my existing LEGO ID to shop on your website?
Yes, if you already have a LEGO ID account, it will now work on the LEGO Education website too.

Can I use LEGO VIP points when shopping on your website, or do I earn LEGO VIP points when shopping on your website?
Currently, LEGO Education does not participate in the VIP points program, so VIP points that you’ve gained from shop.LEGO.com cannot be used at LEGOeducation.com, and VIP points will not be earned from shopping with LEGO Education.

How long will it take to get my order?
In stock items will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Any out of stock items will be delivered separately with no additional shipping costs. Where this is the case, this will be clearly notified on your order confirmation. We are currently unable to offer express delivery. Orders placed during the period 24 December until the first working day of January, will be shipped from the second week of January. There will be clear messaging on the webshop when this applies.

I am in a country other than the UK. Why can't I place an order on your site?
Our delivery service serves customers in the United Kingdom. Other countries are served through a network of LEGO Education distributors.

How do I get a discount?
We sell our products primarily to educational institutions and educators. Our pricing is set with this in mind. Occasionally, we will offer discounted prices on particular products. To be notified of these special offers, please sign up for product news and special offers.

No. Though our products are optimized for classroom use, they are available to anyone.
