In order to accomplish our mission, and in line with any local data regulations and laws, in some regions the SPIKE App collects anonymous app performance data from app installations. To determine the region where an app installation is located, the SPIKE App reads the IP address* of the device where the SPIKE App is installed. The IP address is then removed from all other data for anonymisation and is only stored on secure servers for security purposes only. We promise to limit our use of data for the purposes of creating, fixing and enhancing digital experiences that will advance the impact, accessibility and interest in STEAM education.
