In order to accomplish our mission, and in line with any local data regulations and laws, in some regions the SPIKE App collects anonymous app performance data from app installations. The IP address is then removed from all other data for anonymisation and is only stored on secure servers for security purposes only. We promise to limit our use of data for the purposes of creating, fixing and enhancing digital experiences that will advance the impact, accessibility and interest in STEAM education. We do not share data with 3rd parties.
To determine if 1st party analytics are enabled or disabled in your region, navigate to SPIKE App> Settings>General to see if ‘Allow analytics’ appears as an option.
