California State Funding
ELO-P

California’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) is a state-funded initiative designed to help districts and schools provide engaging, whole-child learning beyond the school day. Whether you're expanding your after-school offerings, planning summer enrichment, or supporting transitional kindergarten through 6th grade, LEGO® Education can help you align your vision with ELO-P ’s goals and funding requirements.
While we don’t provide direct funding, LEGO® Education partner with districts and after-school providers to build engaging, standards-aligned enrichment programs that qualify under ELO-P and delight students.

- Identify how LEGO® Education kits and PD align with ELO-P requirements.
- Create detailed, customizable quotes and implementation plans to include in your ELO-P budget.
- Provide guidance on allowable use of funds and compliance considerations.
- Recommend enrichment pathways for different grade bands (TK–6).
- Offer support for program design and storytelling to highlight academic and SEL outcomes.
