Local Grant Programs

In support of building a statewide community of CS teachers and broader participation in K-12 CS education, districts are eligible for up to $25,000 for professional development and class sets of physical computing devices. Applications are due October 3, 2025 by 5:00PM.

Through the Georgia Teachers Initiative, teachers with innovative programs designed to improve outcomes and positively impact students can receive up to $2,500. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed and awarded quarterly.

For schools serviced by a TVA power company or located in the TVA Watershed Area, this program awards STEM learning initiatives related to the environment, energy, career development, and community problem solving. Applications due by 11:59 PM on September 15, 2025.
