Here’s how we can help:

  • Identify how LEGO® Education solutions and professional development align with Ready to Learn allowable uses and district priorities.
  • Create detailed, customizable quotes and implementation plans that can support Ready to Learn budgeting and planning.
  • Provide guidance on relevant allowable uses and funding considerations.
  • Recommend implementation approaches based on grade level, instructional goals, and district priorities.
  • Support districts in connecting planned investments to academic achievement, STEM and applied-knowledge skills, experiential learning, and educator development.

Pennsylvania provides school entities with flexibility to use Foundation and Adequacy funding across a broad range of approved educational strategies. Several acceptable uses directly connect with STEM education, academic improvement, applied learning, and educator development.

LEGO® Education solutions provide hands-on learning experiences that can support several of Pennsylvania’s approved Ready to Learn uses. Districts can connect LEGO Education implementation to the specific educational strategy identified in their Ready to Learn application.

Ready to Learn funding gives Pennsylvania districts flexibility to establish, maintain, or expand approved programs tied to student achievement and educational outcomes.

LEGO® Education solutions can help districts turn that funding into reusable, classroom-ready implementation across science, STEM, computer science, experiential learning, after-school programming, and professional learning.

For districts, that can mean a stronger return on each funding dollar through durable materials, repeatable learning experiences, and professional learning that supports long-term implementation across classrooms and grade levels.

Pennsylvania also identifies project-based after-school programs that provide academic support in science and other subject areas for students in kindergarten through grade 12 as an acceptable use.

  • Start with the educational need or district priority the Ready to Learn investment will address.
  • Connect the proposed program to an approved Ready to Learn strategy and identify whether the funding will establish, maintain, or expand the program.
  • Explain how the investment supports the outcomes associated with the selected allowable use.
  • Include professional learning when educator preparation is part of the implementation.
  • Confirm your school entity’s Ready to Learn allocation before developing the final budget.
  • Plan expenditures within the grant period. Foundation and Adequacy funds must be spent or encumbered by June 30, 2027, and carryover is not permitted.
