Program Implementation Requirements
- Programs must be clearly aligned to one or more of Toyota’s focus areas
- Applicants must describe how the program addresses a documented community need
- Include metrics or success indicators to demonstrate impact
- Implementation plans should be realistic, sustainable, and community-centered
- Program timelines and staffing should be clearly outlined
- Schools are encouraged to align with current or emerging student learning needs (e.g., STEM, career readiness)

- Submit applications at least 3 months before funding is needed
- Each facility may have its own deadlines; check specific guidelines
- Applications are saved when navigating to a new section; use 'Save and Proceed'

- Applications may take up to 6 months for review
- Ensure your program aligns with Toyota's focus areas
- Be concise and clear in your application
- Highlight the long-term, sustainable impact of your program
- Demonstrate how your program serves diverse and underserved populations
